By George Slaughter Katy Police have arrested and charged two Houston residents in connection with thefts last month at Typhoon Texas Water Park. Marlon Thompson, 36, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to delivery. Jasmine Baker, 26, was charged with misdemeanor theft.
