By George Slaughter Fort Bend County sheriff’s detectives have arrested a 42-year-old man for burglary of a habitation. Deputies arrested Rafael Antonio Viana Jr. Nov. 8. He is in custody at the Fort Bend County Jail. He is charged with burglary of a habitation. Bond has been set at $100,000. Sugar Land Man Arrested After Home Invasion Robbery
