The HPRA lunch speaker this Friday is attorney Robert Henneke,  Director of the Center for the American Future, a part of the Texas Public Policy Foundation. Do Changes in Harris County Bail Bond System put Public at Risk?

The HPRA lunch speaker this Friday is attorney John O’Neill, who will explain the increased risks faced by the public if all the proposed reforms to the bail bond system become permanently effective.
