Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Sponsors CPR Kit Donation to Katy Junior High School 

On March 24, the American Heart Association (AHA), with the support of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, donated a CPR training kit to Katy Junior High School. The donation was made possible by Kelsey-Seybold’s AHA sponsorship. Katy ISD Student Awarded a Surprise $40K Scholarship from College Board

Morton Ranch High School Senior Justus Hadnot will be heading to college with an extra $40,000 in the fall.  Today, Hadnot learned he had earned one of two monthly scholarships awarded by Big Future, College Board’s online guide, which helps students plan for life after high school.  Hadnot will be attending Fort Scott Community College in Kansas, where he plans to run track and major in Management Information Systems.  The scholarship money will assist Hadnot […]

Katy ISD to Roll Out New Bus Rider Tracking System this Fall

This coming fall, Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) systems will be installed on Katy ISD school buses across the district. The system monitors ridership, including where and when a student is picked up or dropped off by a school bus.
