On Saturday, March 12, dozens of volunteers and staff at Northwest Assistance Ministries (NAM) provided food for 800 families at its community food fair. The drive-thru food distribution began at 8 a.m. and was open to the public on a first come, first served basis. Saturday was a busy day at Northwest Assistance Ministries (NAM) as volunteers and staff distributed food to prepare Thanksgiving dinners to 1,400 families in northwest Houston. This was the first of two distributions in NAM’s annual Holiday Blessings campaign.
