Kelsey-Seybold’s West Grand Parkway Clinic Hosted ‘Baby on the Way’ Event for Expectant Parents

Soon-to-be parents gathered at West Grand Parkway Clinic on June 15 for a “Baby on the Way” event. Kelsey-Seybold’s Enyioma Muolokwu, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., OB/GYN; Rosina Connelly, M.D., M.P.H., F.A.A.P., Pediatrics; and Ginni Oldner, M.S.N.-E.D., B.S.N., I.B.C.L.C., R.N., lactation consultant, led a panel discussion about what to expect during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. They also shared newborn care and breastfeeding tips. The event concluded with a question-and-answer session and giveaway drawing for baby gear.

Members of the Kelsey-Seybold Cancer Center care team laced up their sneakers and wore bright pink as a show of patient support at the Komen Race for the Cure® in downtown Houston on Sat., Oct. 1. The annual fundraising race brought together members of the breast cancer community and those impacted by the disease.
