Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is receiving vaccine supply allocations from the State of Texas and has appointments available at several locations across the Greater Houston area for anyone 16 years of age and older who would like to receive the vaccine. This includes current patients and those who have not been to Kelsey-Seybold before. Vaccinations are by appointment only.
Those wishing to receive the Pfizer vaccine, which is FDA approved for 16 years of age and older, may schedule at the following locations:
- Berthelsen Main Campus
- The Vintage
- Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center
- Clear Lake Clinic
- Fort Bend Medical and Diagnostic Center
Kelsey-Seybold is also offering the Moderna vaccine at several clinic locations. Per recent CDC and FDA guidance, Kelsey-Seybold has paused administering the J&J/Janssen vaccine at this time.
The vaccine is administered at no cost to the individual or family.
Parents/guardians will need to send a signed consent form to allow their 16- and 17-year-old children to receive the vaccine without a parent present. The form can be downloaded on kelsey-seybold.com or HERE.
