TMEIC breaks ground on facility in Katy area, expects to create 100 new jobs
On February 16, TMEIC Power Electronics Products Corporation broke ground on a new 45,000 SF facility in the Katy area. The facility, which is located just off Grand Parkway and north of I-10 in Energy Park West Business Park, will initially be devoted to the assembly, testing and packaging of utility-scale photovoltaic inverters for the solar power market.
