Harris County Community Services Department (HCCSD) launches an eviction defense program that offers easy access to advisement and counsel to residents experiencing eviction. The program will aid qualifying tenants in Harris County facing eviction by providing legal advice and the opportunity to meet with an attorney or legal representative at the court where their eviction case is held.
