Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported homicide Sunday morning in the 2500 block of FM 360 in Rosenberg. Police said Teniqua Baines, 33, of Houston, was charged with theft with two or more prior convictions, a felony, and possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor.
