The Katy Independent School District is hosting a virtual job fair from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. this Saturday.
“Katy ISD wants to continue the tradition of conducting our job fairs in a personal manner where interested candidates can interact with principals,” Kayte Shields, Katy ISD human resources coordinator, said in a news release. “Katy ISD is known as one of Texas’ premier school districts, and we continue to grow.”
Administrators from Katy ISD elementary and secondary campuses with vacancies will be online for text and video chat as well.
Interested educators must submit a registration form and apply online before the event. Participants must have completed a current Katy ISD application online, hold a current Texas teaching certification or have completed all TEA/SBEC content exams necessary for the teaching position they are seeking.
