In celebration of Regency-era author Jane Austen’s birthday in December, Fort Bend County Libraries’ Cinco Ranch Branch Library will present a special Birthday Tea & Games on Saturday, December 7, from 1:00 to 3:30 pm, in the Meeting Room of the library, located at 2620 Commercial Center Blvd in Katy.
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon of fun, food, and tea in Regency-era British style! Those attending this event will have an opportunity to test their knowledge of Jane Austen trivia and learn to play a few Regency-era games, such as Whist, Charades, and others.
Refreshments and materials for the event are provided through the generous support of the Friends of the Cinco Ranch Branch library.
