The first named storm of the 2018 Hurricane Season, Subtropical Storm Alberto, has formed in the eastern Gulf Coast, but is not a threat to Texas.
What you need to do: While Subtropical Storm Alberto will not impact Texas, the start of Hurricane Season is less than a week away on June 1st. All residents should have a plan for tropical weather.
