Cinco Ranch Branch Library Presents Family Movie Day

The Cinco Ranch Branch Library will present a special “Family Movie Day” on Thursday, March 14, beginning at 1:30 p.m., in the Meeting Room of the library, located at 2620 Commercial Center Blvd in Katy. Families with children of all ages are invited to enjoy an afternoon movie!

This animated action-adventure film takes place in a bustling city where various anthropomorphic animals live and thrive in civilized coexistence. When Judy Hopps becomes the first rabbit to join the police force, she learns how tough it can be to enforce the law and keep the peace. Determined to prove herself, Judy joins forces with a charismatic con-artist fox to crack a mysterious case that threatens to damage the delicate balance between the carnivore and herbivore citizens in the city. This movie is rated PG.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

The event is free and open to the public. The libraries’ licensing agreement for public showing of films prohibits them from releasing the name of the movie outside of the library. For more information, call the Cinco Ranch Branch Library at 281-395-1311 or the library system’s Communications Office at 281-633-4734.
