Fort Bend County Libraries’ Cinco Ranch Branch Library will present an introductory program, “Learn the Basics of Guitar Playing,” on Saturday, October 7, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., in the Meeting Room of the library, located at 2620 Commercial Center Blvdin Katy.
Library staff member Adam Kiskinis will provide an overview of guitar playing, including the anatomy of a guitar, chord structures, finger placement on the guitar fretboard, and tuning a guitar. Learn about online resources that are helpful for beginners. It is recommended that participants bring their own guitar, if possible. All experience levels are welcome to attend.
