LAS CRUCES, N.M. — Focusing on how energy plays an important role in people’s lives, C. J. Williams’ debut book “Let Your Energy Flow” (published by Balboa Press) teaches readers to notice the energy in their life and to use the knowledge to live a happier, more fulfilling life.

The book is a guide to help readers understand the types of energy in their lives, identify if and why the energy is blocked, and find ways to attain balanced energy. By doing this, Williams says, they can allow blocked energy to flow without impediment. Williams promotes the idea that by unblocking energy flow, people will have enhanced creativity, better relationships, a positive energized outlook and a healthier life.
“We live in a tense world. We are often in the fight-or-flight state of mind. We are frantically trying to get ahead, and we are often sacrificing our quality of life in that effort,” Williams says. “It is important that we understand how to be in the moment and relax. It is during these times that our energy flows freely and we are living a balanced life.”
