“The Final Word” By Jim Edwards

‘The Final Word’ challenges Christians to think about God and their relationship to him

Jim Edwards announces the publication of his new book

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Jim Edwards examines questions of God, the purpose of humans and the afterlife in his new book, “The Final Word” (published by iUniverse).

The book invites readers to think about who God is, who people are, why people are on Earth and where people go when they leave Earth. Edwards shares simulated dialogues between himself and God to both challenge Christians to reflect on their relationship with God and provide a clearer understanding of God’s word.

Edwards hopes that his book will encourage everyone to take it upon themselves to seek the truth within the Word of God.

An excerpt from “The Final Word”:

Jim: I just want to see You in person.

God: You know I won’t allow that right now.

Jim: Why?

God: My first response is similar to what your mother used to say, “Just because I said so, I am your mother. That’s why.” Of course, I am not your fleshly mother, but I always have the FINAL WORD.
