The Katy Library at 5414 Franz Road hosts multiple classes for helping people learn English a Second Language. Basic and Intermediate Classes start in January and September. If you’ve missed the beginning of a session, come in to fill out an application. Don’t miss our monthly ESL Book Club as well on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 3:30pm.
