Fireflies & Foodtrucks, a fundraising event benefiting the Katy ISD Education Foundation, is set to take place next month.
The event is set for 6-9 p.m. October 9 at the No Label Brewery, 5851 1st St. Tickets are $60 and cover food and beverage costs. Guests can also purchase exclusive VIP Bar Experience tickets, featuring access to special No Label brews, for an additional $25 each.
Groups of eight can purchase a party pack for $440. Event organizers said the VIP Bar Experience and Party Pack tickets have limited availability.
The event features live entertainment by Katy musician Hayden Baker, access to Houston-area food trucks, specialty brews, and more. Early ticket and sponsorship purchases are both encouraged.
The Fireflies & Foodtrucks events, and the proceeds they raise, have helped the foundation raise $2.3 million in nine years of teaching grants. The foundation’s 10th grant cycle begins this fall. The foundation will award more grant money in May 2022.
