What a wild week it’s been! Hope all is manageable in your world. In light of Gov. Abbott’s announcement to begin reopening Texas businesses as of this Friday, May 1, our local restaurant clients have hustled to execute strategies to welcome staff and customers back into their establishments. Obviously, their top priorities are to maintaining safety and well-being of all by enforcing TRA safety guidelines and adapting service and protocols accordingly.

Dish Society

- Dine-in Service
- Reduced contact patio seating only for now, under strict social distancing restrictions during condensed operating hours. Guests will be able to sit on spaced out patios.
- Digital menus and online ordering from tables (paper menus for tech-challenged folks). Payment by phones or contactless options.
- All food will be served in disposable packaging.
- Handwashing stations on patios. Guests will be able to use restrooms inside the restaurant one at a time assuming they wear a mask and follow proper sanitation guidelines.

- Curbside and delivery service continues via online ordering.
- Virtual Farmers Market also continues.
- Meals to feed a health care worker or first responder can still be purchased for $15 via online ordering.
- 50% one meal daily for hospitality workers continues.

Open Delayed – The Brennan’s team plans to play it safe and prepares to welcome dine-in guests at start of phase two of reopen on May 18, which will allow restaurants to operate at 50% capacity.
