Katy Independent School District Board of Trustees approved a four-day summer work week for school employees at the February 25, 2019 Board Meeting. The four-day work week schedule will be followed beginning the week of June 3 and ending the week of July 22, 2019. The hours for the four-day work week are Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Katy ISD will be closed on Friday’s during the summer.
Regular work hours will be observed the days of July 1 – July 5, 2019 with Thursday, July 4 being a holiday.
The district will return to the regular work week schedule on Monday, July 29, 2019.
