WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) met today with Brigadier General Paul Owen, Commander and Division Engineer for the Southwestern Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Director of Programs Mark Mazzanti, and Civil Works Integration Division Chief Becky Moyer to receive updates on the Coastal Texas Study. Sen. Cornyn introduced legislation to expedite the completion of this study last month, a provision of which has been included in the America’s Water Infrastructure Act.
