Check out regularly scheduled activities and special events

HOUSTON, May 3, 2017 – Levy Park, the new urban greenspace in Upper Kirby that just opened in February, hosts a plethora of programming for all ages and interests throughout May. From yoga and pilates to poetry and concerts, you can find it all in this amazing “six acres of awesomeness.”

Looking for a boot camp? We’ve got it. Want to see dance performances or the movie Freaky Friday? Join us in May for any and all fun activities for mind, body and spirit. Listed is the regular programming schedule, showing what you can find each day of the week at Levy Park, 3801 Eastside, conveniently located inside Loop 610 between Richmond Avenue and U.S. 59. However, check out our calendar online for many other events happening every day of the week.

“Levy Park is really taking off with community members who have embraced our wonderful park amenities and unique programming,” says Doug Overman, Park Director. “We are overwhelmed with the positive response to all that the park is providing, including a gathering place for folks to read, reflect, recreate and relate to others in their community. All ages will find something meaningful here, including our four-legged friends who can romp in our dog park.”
