The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce’s Education Division will host an informative luncheon with Will Holleman, Senior Director of Government Relations, from Raise Your Hand Texas, highlighting the importance of advocacy for education. This event will be held Friday, February 17, 2023, from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at the Fort Bend Chamber. This event is generously sponsored by Wharton County Junior College.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • The top priorities for RYHT in the 88th LEGE
  • Why we should care deeply about public schools
  • How you can participate in advocating for public education
  • How do vouchers hurt our public schools?

Event registration and sponsorship opportunities are open for Fort Bend Chamber Members. Event Sponsor – $500, includes company logo on event marketing materials and chamber social platforms, invitation for five guests, and recognition during event.
