Members Choice Credit Union (MCCU), a full-service financial institution based in Houston, Texas, today announced that Bonnie Tucker has joined the organization as chief operations officer.
With more than 40 years of experience in financial services, Tucker has deep expertise in leading large-scale projects and implementing new operational systems and procedures.

Throughout her career, Tucker has led multiple large-scale projects, overseen the implementation of new processes, and led a core banking system conversion. Among her accomplishments was the facilitation of a 10-fold increase in growth at one credit union and helping another increase its assets by 500% and membership by 400%. In addition, she has experience leading several credit union mergers and served as the president and CEO of a credit union’s wholly-owned subsidiary.
Tucker graduated from Concordia University in Austin, Texas, majoring in business administration and a minor in human resource management. She recently obtained certification for completing the DiversityFirst Executive Program sponsored by the National Diversity Council. A lifelong learner, Tucker has also completed several courses at the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Management School, the Graduate School of Bank Management, and the Credit Union Executive Society’s CEO Institute.
