Public Invited to Cane Island’s October 22 Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat

Cane Island will host its annual Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat, free and open to the public on Saturday, October 22 from 2-6 p.m., when the Katy community of new homes celebrates the best of fall fun with Halloween candy, children’s activities and local vendors.

Cane Island’s Cane Quarter will be dotted with themed, decked-out cars and golf carts offering Halloween candy and other surprises for children presented in Trunk or Treat style. Families also will enjoy pumpkin painting, a caramel apple-making station, giant corn maze and petting zoo, among a host of other free activities. Children can wear their Halloween costumes or they can come dressed as they are.

While at the Fall Festival, moms and dads can browse from among local vendors for fun gift ideas, apparel and unique items for the home.

Cane Island’s new model homes, each fully furnished and expertly decorated, also will be open throughout the day.

Cane Quarter is located at 2100 Cane Island Parkway. To reach the community, take the Cane Island Parkway exit off Interstate 10 minutes west of the Grand Parkway.  Head north on Cane Island Parkway one half mile to reach the community entrance.  Cane Quarter will be on the right past Cane Island’s signature Living Arches. Onsite parking is available.
