The decedent was found in a moderate state of decomposition in his motel room where he was known to live. He worked for the motel as well. He was known to go by “Oscar Ventura Ortiz Lopez” and was believed to be approximately 66 years old. The decedent has two large moles on one side of his nose and has no tattoos.
CASE DETAILS:
The decedent was found without any identification and efforts to locate official records have thus far been unsuccessful.
