The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce’s Education Division will host an enlightening event spotlighting updates from Lamar CISD with Superintendent, Dr. Roosevelt Nivens and Board President, Ms. Joy Williams. This informative session will be held Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM and is generously sponsored by Linebarger Law Firm, LLP and Rice & Gardner Consultants, Inc.
Lamar CISD is one of the fastest growing school districts in Texas. Dr. Nivens and Ms. Williams will provide updates on the accomplishments and role of the Board. They will also address what challenges they face that come with such fast growth. Finally, the vision and work of the Lamar CISD Board of Trustees.
