Well Beyond Recovery

Cenikor renews commitment to be a partner for life with a corporate rebrand

The recovery community will see a new face of Cenikor, a leading provider of treatment services for alcohol and drug addiction, this September as it rolls out a brand redesign for its corporate identity. For 55 years, Cenikor has expressed a deep dedication to client success and community relationships. As the organization launched new Sober Living programs across the state of Texas earlier this year, the rebranded tagline “Well Beyond Recovery” emphasizes a promise to support clients beyond the treatment phase of recovery.

The rebrand is aligned with the treatment provider’s strategic growth plan to increase accessibility to addiction recovery programs and services in the broader south-central United States, namely the State of Texas and bordering states. It includes a new visual and verbal identity, a more user-friendly website design, and a crisp, fresh new logo.

“While our name remains the same, the new branding emphasizes our ability to adapt our presence and our services to meet the demands of the recovery communities we serve. We also pay homage to our legacy of transforming health and lives through substance use disorder treatment,” noted Bill Bailey, President, and CEO of Cenikor.

Cenikor’s brand identity and new website are more aesthetically pleasing, includes enhanced functionality, and is fully mobile responsive so that all users can find the help they need. “More significantly, the updated corporate site provides better access to people who are seeking recovery treatment and sober living assistance through Cenikor, which will add to the company’s ability to grow,” said Larry Hobbs, Cenikor Board Member and Chair of the Brand Committee.

In June of this year, Cenikor completed the transition of its long-term therapeutic community residential treatment program into an expanded Sober Living platform. The Sober Living model provides peer support and resources for recovering individuals who are ready to reintegrate back into their communities.

“During a global pandemic, when many companies, including some addiction treatment centers, reduced their populations, lost financial acuity, and reduced services, Cenikor grew stronger through insightful leadership and a solid commitment to its mission,” said Bailey.

In the last 55 years, Cenikor has grown to be one of the largest providers of treatment for substance use disorder in the United States. Its services include youth prevention, adolescent and adult withdrawal management, residential treatment, and outpatient counseling options, as well as a sober living option for long-term support in a peer-driven long-term residential model. Cenikor’s new brand strategy positions it for another 55-plus years of growth and recovery success.
