Typhoon Texas Opens With Free Admission for 2020 Season Passholders Weekends April 24 – May 23 

Typhoon Texas will open with free admission for 2020 season passholders on weekends starting April 24 running through May 23 as the west Houston waterpark kicks off its pre-summer schedule.

Those who purchase a 2021 Typhoon Texas season pass or day pass also can enjoy the early start to the waterpark season.  2021 season passes are $69.99 and can be purchased at typhoontexas.com.  Day passes also are available on the website.

All attractions at Typhoon Texas will be open Saturdays and Sundays, 10:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., during its pre-summer weekend schedule.  The waterpark opens daily for the summer season starting Memorial Day weekend.

Typhoon Texas offers more than a mile of winding, twisting slide paths, Texas-size wave pool, Lazy River the length of more than five football fields and children’s Gully Washer with a gigantic, 800-gallon water bucket, slides and more than 100 spray areas.

The Texas-themed waterpark serves up authentic Texas barbecue, slow smoked onsite daily served with zesty BBQ sauce made from scratch.  Guests 21 and over also can enjoy draft and bottled beer, cocktails and frozen alcoholic drinks in the Double T Bar.

Typhoon Texas is located at 555 Katy Fort Bend Rd. next to Katy Mills Mall, 1.5 miles west of the Grand Parkway.  Free onsite parking, free tubes and free life jackets are available.
