Katy ISD Volunteers in Public Schools Celebration May 7th
The Katy ISD Volunteer Celebration will be held at Legacy Stadium on Friday, May 7th from 6:30-9:00 p.m. Hosted by Partners in Education and the Volunteers in Public Schools Executive Board, this annual event honors the thousands of school district volunteers who donate their time and talents to our students and teachers.
This year, the party goes beyond the walls of the annual Merrell Center event to a Family Movie Night under the stars at Legacy Stadium, featuring The Greatest Showman. For the first time ever, volunteers can welcome their families to participate in the celebration, where each school’s 2020-2021 Volunteer of the Year will be announced. The VIPS Family Movie Night will also include entertainment from all nine Katy ISD high schools.
