Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Ambulatory Surgery Center at Berthelsen Main Campus Ranks High on Newsweek’s Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers 2021 List

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic’s Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) at Main Campus has been recognized by Newsweek on its inaugural list of America’s Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers 2021. This prestigious recognition is presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry-ranking provider. The awards list was announced Oct. 21, 2020, and can be viewed on Newsweek’s website. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – ASC at Main Campus ranked 24th in Texas.

The Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers 2021 highlights the nation’s top ASCs based on quality of care, performance data, and peer recommendations relative to in-state competition. According to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the 25 states with the highest number of ASCs – Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin – were chosen for the study.
