(SUGAR LAND) – Harmony Science Academy-Sugar Land will hold a memorial service to honor two students killed in a plane crash in Kingston, Ontario. Five-year-old Ilyas and 11-year-old Jasmine Oblokulov were among seven family members who died in the crash on Wednesday night.
Parents, teachers, students and the public are invited to honor these two children and their family in a special balloon release and memorial ceremony.
