HOUSTON (August 15, 2019) – Kelsey-Seybold Clinic announced today that the organization will build a new clinic in the Grand Morton Town Center at the intersection of State Highway 99 and Morton Ranch Road in Katy, TX. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – West Grand Parkway will be a freestanding, two-story clinic replacing the Cinco Ranch location and expand the number of specialties and services offered to those living in the Katy and Cinco Ranch areas both north and south of Interstate-10

“Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has had a presence in the Katy area since the 1980s, growing our footprint here as the area developed into the world-class city that it is now. We have always known that we would eventually need a second freestanding clinic in the Katy area and are so happy to have secured this property to grow our offerings for residents living in Katy and Cinco Ranch,” said Molly Ntwatwa-Nakyonyi, M.D., F.A.A.F.P., managing physician at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Cinco Ranch. “The new multispecialty clinic is being built right off of West Grand Parkway, just north of Franz Road, conveniently located for new and existing patients living north and south of I-10 to get the care they need close to home and work.”

Once completed, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – West Grand Parkway will be located at 2510 West Grand Parkway North, Katy, Texas 77493. Until the new clinic opens, providers will continue to see patients at the Cinco Ranch clinic at 23000 Highland Knolls Drive, Katy, TX 77494.

The new West Grand Parkway clinic will increase in size from 16,000 square feet to approximately 36,000 square feet and will have room for 15 medical providers. The clinic will also triple the capacity for patient visits.

Patients at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – West Grand Parkway will have access to providers in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Spine, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and Sports Medicin

The new clinic will also offer diagnostic services that include 3-D (tomosynthesis) digital mammography, ultrasound testing, stress testing, and echocardiography – and will also include mobile CT and MRI. Patients will also have access to an on-site pharmacy.

The clinic will continue to offer X-ray, laboratory testing, spirometry, and electrocardiogram (EKG).

Kelsey-Seybold selected Kirksey Architecture to design the new clinic. Houston-based Gamma Construction is the general contractor for this project.
