The HPRA Friday lunch speaker this week will be us, again.
The scheduled speaker, Rosenberg mayor Bill Benton, discovered he had to postpone his presentation on small city governance. Mayor Benton will be with us next week. This Friday we open the mik (just a lectern, actually) to any and all comers.
