Two Katy seniors were named as the finalists for Your Total Foot Care Specialist’s “Stepping Into the Future Scholarship.” Kate Fuqua of Katy High School and Luke Austria of Cinco Ranch High School were chosen from over 50 applicants in the Katy area.
The “Stepping into the Future” scholarship program was awarded to students exhibiting drive and potential demonstrated through academic and leadership achievement. “We love being able to give back to the Katy community by encouraging future generations to reach and accomplish their dreams. The scholarship is intended to encourage support, commitment, dedication and drive. We want to be able to support the community where we live, work, and play.” said Dr. James Jacobs, Medical Director, Your Total Foot Care Specialist.

About the Stepping Into the Future Scholarship
The “Stepping into the Future” scholarship program is available to seniors graduating with GPA’s ranging from 2.5 to 3.7. It has been made available to Katy ISD seniors by Your Total Foot Care Specialist for over 10 years.
