Peace of Mind Foundation offering free events for OCD Awareness Week

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Awareness Week: Oct. 7 – Oct. 13, 2018

WHAT: OCD Awareness Week is happening worldwide to raise much-needed awareness for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Peace of Mind Foundation is dedicated to helping those suffering from OCD and other related disorders get connected to resources and support. During #OCDWeek2018, Peace of Mind Foundation will be offering free educational webinars including advocacy, treatment, and professional training. Peace of Mind Foundation extends the invitation to anyone in Houston, Texas, for the upcoming local events.

 

WHO: Peace of Mind Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to help improve the quality of life of OCD sufferers and caregivers through education, research, support and advocacy. Dr. Elizabeth McIngvale, daughter of Linda McIngvale and Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale, founded the non-profit with a mission to bring awareness to mental health.
