KATY, TX (April 20, 2018) – Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union will host a free home buying seminar, Say ‘Bye’ To Rent When You ‘Buy’ A Home, on Saturday, April 28 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the Cane Island Amenity Village, 2100 Cane Island Parkway.
Presentations will examine the advantages of buying vs. renting, information on mortgage options, closing costs, overcoming financial hurdles, understanding the pre-approval process and determining how much home one can afford.
The free event also will offer do-it-yourself classes by Home Depot, a bounce house for the kids, food trucks and door prizes.
