The People’s Law School, hosted by the Maud Marks Library and sponsored by the Katy Bar Association will provide a fun filled discussion and Q&A for small business regarding trademarks, copyright, webpage rights and other intellectual property issues to protect or grow your business. Charles Knobloch is a patent, trademark, and Texas attorney and is no stranger to our oil, medical, and computer-based Houston economy. A computer science geophysicist, Charles also chaired last years program for the Offshore Technology Conference! Enjoy stories about how trademarks can be used in business, as well as do’s and don’ts to not interfere with the trademarks, images, and webpages of others. There may also be time for some general discussion and Q&A on patents.
