Learn About Reverse Mortgages At Cinco Ranch Branch Library

Fort Bend County Libraries will present a special program, “Demystifying the Reverse Mortgage,” on Saturday, October 21, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., in the Meeting Room at the Cinco Ranch Branch Library2620 Commercial Center Blvd in Katy.

Brad Levinton of Georgetown Mortgage will explain the concept of reverse mortgages – a form of home-equity loan in which one exchanges a portion of one’s home equity for cash and the lender records a lien against the property.
