Cinco Ranch Branch Library Book Clubs Announce July Reading Selections

Literary Lunch League To Meet On Different Night

Share your love of reading with other book lovers at one of the book clubs that meet monthly at Fort Bend County Libraries’ Cinco Ranch Branch Library, located at 2620 Commercial Center Blvd in Katy. New members are always welcome.

The Literary Lunch League Book Club will meet on Wednesday, July 11, beginning at 12:00 noon, in the Conference Classroom. The book to be discussed is Beautiful Ruins, a novel written by Jess Walter. This book club, which normally meets on the first Wednesday of every month, will meet on the second Wednesday in July because of the July 4 holiday. Those attending are invited to bring a lunch, if desired.

Members of the Cinco Ranch Night Readers’ Book Club meet on the third Tuesday of the month during the summer, beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the Conference Classroom. The book club discussion on Tuesday, July 17, will be on A Star for Mrs. Blake, a novel written by April Smith.

The book clubs are free and open to the public. Copies of the books are available at the checkout desk. For more information, call the Cinco Ranch Branch Library at 281-395-1311 or the library system’s Communications Office at 281-633-4734.
