The HPRA speaker this Friday noon will be Paul Sofka, a spokesman for Pure Water for the World, a non-profit which began as a Rotary Club project and has served over 200 communities in Latin America which are now enjoying clean water and lifesaving sanitation. Haiti is a country getting special attention.
