Dr. Gail Contreras to relocate practice to newly opened retirement community.
Richmond, Texas (February 20, 2018) – The Delaney at Parkway Lakes, the newly opened retirement living community located in the growing Richmond/Katy-area Parkway Lakes development, announced a new partnership with Katy Supportive Medicine and Dr. Gail Contreras. Dr. Contreras has relocated her practice to the retirement community in order to continue serving current patients as well as offer services to the residents of The Delaney.
“We are delighted to welcome Dr. Contreras and house her practice here at The Delaney at Parkway Lakes,” says the community’s executive director, Kim Parnell. “It is a partnership that will further extend our service offerings to the residents of the community. Both residents and their families will benefit from having a well-known and reputable physician available right here within our building.”
Board certified in internal medicine and palliative medicine, Dr. Contreras is an active member of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Her clinical interests also include geriatrics, pain management, pulmonary diseases and stress management. Dr. Contreras earned her medical degree and completed her residency training at Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota.
