Lt. Governor Dan Patrick Endorsed by TSRA-PAC

HOUSTON, TX – Lt. Governor Dan Patrick announced the endorsement and an A+ rating from the Texas State Rifle Association Political Action Committee today:

Lt. Governor Patrick has, “gone ‘all out’ to protect the rights of law-abiding Texas gun owners while working to expand those rights,” said Alice Tripp from TSRA-PAC. “TSRA is pleased to announce to our membership and to all Texans that your candidacy is rated A+ by the TSRA-PAC.”

“I am honored to have earned the support of the Texas State Rifle Association. I am proud of the A+ rating I have received and I am committed to continue to fight to protect our freedoms guaranteed by the Second Amendment,” Patrick said.

Dan Patrick is a longtime champion for Second Amendment rights, most recently leading the charge on Senate Bill 16 which lowered the license to carry fee in Texas from $140 to $40. He also helped pass open and campus carry.

Since 1919, TSRA has served Texans by protecting the lawful possession and use of firearms by providing gun safety training, supporting the shooting sports, hunter education and wildlife conservation efforts.
