HOUSTON, Oct. 30, 2017– The holidays are a time of joy and celebration, but the hectic nature of the season can also result in increased stress. Houston Methodist West Hospital will be holding a free heart health seminar to help you stay healthy throughout the holiday season and beyond.
Experts from Houston Methodist West will be discussing diet, exercise, stress management and screenings, among other heart health topics. Presenters include Dr. Randa Djendou, internist, Dr. John Sunew, cardiologist, and Trisha Dutton from the cardiac rehab team.
The seminar will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 7, from 6-8 p.m. in the Mesquite Conference Room at Houston Methodist West Hospital on 18500 Katy Fwy. at Barker Cypress. Light refreshments are included.
