Houston, TX: RCW Nurseries is celebrating its 38th anniversary and is hosting their annual BBQ and Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 22, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. This family-friendly event will be filled with games, refreshments, delicious BBQ, door prizes, special discounts and FREE Oak seedlings! Nuttall and Live Oak seedlings will be given away at the nursery beginning Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 8:00 a.m., and will handed out until all 1000 have been gifted to their new homes.
Special Guests Tom Tynan, Host of Home Show Radio, will be on hand to answer home and garden related questions, and Lisa Smith with Adams Wholesale Supply will be there to help assist you with your questions about fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides.
You can also bring in pictures of your yard, and the experts will give you FREE design ideas, tips, and strategies.
This event will be fun for the whole family. Between the BBQ activities, giveaways, park-like setting and numerous pet birds, there is plenty for everyone to do and see.
