WORLD THEATER’s Upcoming Events are filled with Drama, Dance, Music, Performing and Visual Arts

Miss Saigon will take place Friday April 7, 7:30 p.m. – Saturday April 8, 2:00 p.m. and Saturday April 8, 7:30 p.m. This beautiful and passionate Broadway Musical was nominated for an outstanding number of Olivier, Tony and Drama Desk Awards. Miss Saigon is the successful offering of Les Miserables creators, Claude-Michel Schonberg and Alain Boublil. World Theater Artistic Director, Mr. Burton Wolfe, and Music Director, Mr. James Brandon Stovall are both delighted with the “very talented” Miss Saigon cast.
The Best of Golden Oldies will be presented April 21, 7:30 p.m. and Saturday April 22nd, a 2:00 p.m. matinee performance. Enjoy an evening with song birds Winkie and Marybelle who will perform well known “Golden Oldies” with heart and soul. The much loved songs that uplift our lives will include New York, New York, Stand by Me, The Girl from Ipanema, All that Jazz, The Age of Aquarius, People and many more unforgettable songs and Broadway show tunes to bring us all back to memory lane.
