U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) today celebrated the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration’s authorization of a new National Security Multi-Mission vessel (NSMV) to replace an aging training vessel at Texas A&M Maritime Academy in Galveston.
