Sarah Jacobson has been named the next Director of the Library Development and Networking Division of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission. Previously, Ms. Jacobson served as the Director of the Talking Book Program Division for more than two years and prior to that held the position of Manager of Records Management Assistance for the State and Local Records Management Division for eight years.
