Katy Prairie Conservancy Awarded $2 Million in Funding for Wetlands Conservation

The Katy Prairie Conservancy is pleased to announce a grant of $2 million through the North American Wetlands Conservation Act (NAWCA). The Katy Prairie Conservancy’s Coastal Prairie Strategic Habitat Initiative II project funded by this grant involves the permanent preservation of a 2,433-acre ranch in Jackson County with a conservation easement.
